Clarke's Restaurant After an exciting day of exploration and adventure dine at the Clarke's Restaurant, which offers a wide variety of Western Cuisine. Relax on the patio or in the dinning room of this full-service restaurant. Rough wood walls, kerosene lanterns, and warnings that patrons must 'check your gun with the waitress' all contribute to the Old West atmosphere. Beef lovers will savor the thick 20-ounce T-bone, the most expensive item on the menu; also popular is the local trout. Other choices include pork chops and grilled chicken breast.
